Shipping, ingredients, and returns

Every order is made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before your package ships. You will receive tracking as soon as your order leaves.

Orders ship via USPS to addresses within the United States. Transit typically takes 2 to 4 business days after production. For international shipping, please email Leslie for a quote.

In warmer months, some balms may soften in transit. If your item arrives warm, place it somewhere cool for a short time and the texture will reset.

Our products are made with simple, natural ingredients like shea butter, mango butter, cocoa butter, plant oils, beeswax, oats, and honey. All products are cruelty free and made by hand in small batches.

If you have a nut allergy or sensitive skin, please read the ingredient list on each product page and try a small patch test before regular use. For custom or allergen-friendly formulations, email beautifullysimple2025@gmail.com.

All products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult your physician if concerns persist.

Because our items are handmade skincare, opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Please email us before shipping any return so we can help.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact beautifullysimple2025@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the affected item right away.
